Efficient and Powerful

The power release speed of the motor is much higher than that of the fuel engine, so the electric excavator fundamentally improves the working efficiency of the excavator; the electric excavator is connected to the three-phase electricity, making the power no less explosive than that of the conventional excavator.

Less Failures

The motor has a maintenance cycle of about 5,000 hours and can operate 24 hours a day, with the 16 electric excavators currently placed at Hangzhou Terminal in China having reached 30,000 hours without failures. With electric drive, the cost of electricity is 67%-86% lower than that of fuel oil under the same operating conditions, which can extend the service life of the whole machine and reduce the maintenance cost.

Applicable to Various Working Conditions

SC210EV has a variety of wiring options. Scrap mills are mainly based on overhead lines with a range of activities of about 50-100 meters. If special needs are required, the overhead line program with a range of activities can be designed according to the working conditions.

Multiple Purposes

It can be equipped with hydraulic shears, log gripper, scrap steel gripper, electromagnetic suction, material gripper, lifting cab and other special configurations to solve the construction problems perfectly.

Low Noise

It overcomes the environmental pollution caused by the exhaust of the internal combustion engine under the working conditions, with zero emission, maintenance-free, and reduced working noise. The noise is 10dB lower than that of the same type of excavator, which is more environmentally friendly.
